About the Role

AyuSewa Health is seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead recruitment, HR operations, manpower planning, employee engagement, and Learning & Development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring, workforce management, institutional partnerships, and organizing professional development programs in a quick-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational, corporate, and frontline positions.
* Drive bulk hiring and meet manpower requirements within defined timelines.
* Develop recruitment strategies, candidate pipelines, and talent acquisition channels.
* Establish partnerships with colleges, universities,



and professional institutions for talent sourcing.
* Organize campus recruitment and placement drives to attract fresh talent.
2. HR Operations & Administration

* Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, HRMS, and employee records.
* Implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
* Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and documentation.
3. Manpower Planning & Workforce Management

* Plan and allocate manpower according to business and operational requirements.
* Monitor workforce productivity, attendance, attrition, and retention.
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing across teams.
* Develop strategies to improve employee productivity and workforce stability.
