Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners, particularly within the OOH and advertising ecosystem in Mumbai. This full-time, in office role involves prospecting, lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.



The person will manage and grow key accounts, collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver campaigns, and provide feedback on market trends and competitive activity. Day-to-day activities include pipeline management, preparation of proposals and pitch decks, tracking performance against targets, and representing Wrap2Earn at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing services.
• Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship building, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to understand and explain digital, OOH, and data-driven marketing solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; local language skills are an advantage.
