We’re looking for an experienced professional for our client with a strong understanding of India’s music and entertainment industry to manage artist relationships, bookings, tours, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage professional relationships with artists, musicians, and celebrities.
- Coordinate schedules, bookings, rehearsals, events, and tours.
- Handle travel, accommodation, logistics, and artist requirements.
- Liaise with event organizers, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Handle last-minute changes while ensuring smooth execution.
- Support the CEO with artist-related projects and business activities.

What We’re Looking For:




- Proven experience in artist, celebrity, talent, or tour management.
- Strong knowledge of the Indian music and entertainment ecosystem.
- Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with established musicians, Bollywood artists, performers, or touring artists is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
