HR at PropSarathi is not a back-office function. You will build the team that sells, supports, and grows the company. From the first candidate you source to the last onboarding document you close, you will shape how people join, perform, and stay with us. You will get direct access to the Founder, real decisions and visible results.

What You Will Do
Talent Acquisition
• Source candidates for every open position across sales, marketing, content, operations and admin, using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals,



campus outreach and community channels
• Write and publish job posts for each role and keep them updated
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on interviews, and collect structured feedback
• Maintain a live hiring tracker covering source, stage, status, timelines, and drop-off reasons
• Build and maintain a talent pool of pre-screened candidates for future openings
• Coordinate reference checks and final-stage paperwork

Offers & Documentation
• Prepare offer, appointment, and internship letters from approved templates
• Track acceptances, joining dates, and document collection
• Coordinate background and document verification
• Maintain confidential employee files, including ID, address, education and experience records
