Role Description
MachineAstro provides AI- and IoT-enabled machine health and predictive maintenance solutions that help industrial customers detect machine abnormalities early, reduce unplanned downtime and improve asset reliability.
The Sr. Vibration Analyst / Customer Success Lead combines robust vibration-analysis expertise with presales, Proof of Concept (POC), customer engagement and account expansion responsibilities. The role works across the complete customer journey, from Site assessment, POC, demo and diagnosis through customer value, billing follow-up, expansion and reference. The incumbent will act as the technical bridge between customers and the Sales, Customer Success, Reliability and Product/AI teams.
Job Profile
• Vibration Analysis and Diagnostics: Analyse vibration, temperature and machine-health data to identify developing faults. Diagnose issues such as bearing defects, unbalance, misalignment, looseness, gear faults, resonance and other abnormal conditions. Review machine trends and provide actionable maintenance recommendations.
• Diagnostic Reporting and Asset Selection: Prepare concise diagnostic reports and communicate findings to customer maintenance and reliability teams. Support machine surveys and the selection of critical assets for monitoring.
• Presales Support: Support the Sales team during technical discussions with prospective customers. Understand customer pain points, machine criticality and maintenance challenges. Conduct technical product demonstrations of MachineAstro's machine-health and predictive-maintenance solutions, prepare technical inputs for proposals, RFQs/RFIs and solution discussions, and support customer presentations, technical meetings and plant visits.
• Proof of Concept Execution: Define and execute POCs at customer sites. Select suitable machines/assets for POC and establish measurable success criteria. Analyse POC results, demonstrate business and technical value to customers, and convert technical findin
