Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role at BlueStone is a full-time, in office position based in Sonipat. The Senior Sales Executive will drive in-store sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver a premium buying experience aligned with BlueStone’s brand standards. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, showcasing product features and benefits, handling objections, and closing sales in line with daily and monthly targets. The role also involves maintaining store displays, coordinating with inventory and operations teams, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The Senior Sales Executive will mentor junior sales staff, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in store performance.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail or jewelry sales with strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand product features (gold, diamond, platinum,



gemstones) and explain value propositions clearly to customers.
• Strong negotiation, upselling, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfort working with POS systems, basic MS Office tools, and store-level reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional, customer-centric demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in Sonipat, including weekends and peak festive seasons, as part of a rotating schedule.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members and collaborating effectively within a store team.
• Prior experience in luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant sales certifications are a plus.
