Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Windows Deployment Services (WDS) infrastructure.
• Architect and manage Windows OS deployment solutions using WDS, MDT, and SCCM/MECM.
• Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and Windows 11 golden images.
• Configure and manage PXE boot environments.
• Integrate WDS with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, and SCCM.
• Automate deployment processes using PowerShell scripting.
• Design and maintain deployment task sequences and automated build processes.
• Manage driver packages, application deployment, and image customization.
• Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Support OS migration projects, refresh activities, and endpoint modernization initiatives.
• Create architecture documents, SOPs, and deployment runbooks.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor deployment engineers.
