Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, financial reconciliations, international invoicing, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate should have robust accounting fundamentals, practical experience with Zoho Books and Excel, and the ability to independently manage assigned responsibilities with accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and update books of accounts using Zoho Books.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense accounting.
• Assist in monthly and annual book closures.




• Prepare and maintain supporting financial schedules and documentation.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and return filings, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, quarterly returns, and reconciliations.
• Assist with income tax, advance tax calculations, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain compliance calendars and ensure timely completion of applicable filings.
• Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants and auditors.

3. Client Invoicing & Receivables
• Prepare and maintain invoices for domestic and international clients.
• Track outstanding receivables and maintain customer ageing reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoicing and payment status.
• Reconcile foreign inward remittances and maintain necessary supporting documentation.
• Account for foreign exchange gains and losses.
