Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing opportunities that drive growth for Skillofy_AI’s learning programs and AI solutions.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, and managing outreach through calls, emails, and social channels. The specialist will build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing partners, prepare and deliver presentations or demos, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to help refine go-to-market strategies and learner-focused offerings.
