Role Description The Accounts Receivable Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing and delivering training programs focused on accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. The trainer will conduct classroom and small-group sessions, develop training materials, case studies, and assessments, and provide hands-on guidance to learners on tools and systems commonly used in AR operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating learner performance,



updating content based on industry best practices, collaborating with internal teams to align training with organizational standards, and offering ongoing mentoring and support to help learners succeed in practical AR roles.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation.
• Experience creating and delivering structured training content, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and explain them clearly to learners with wide-ranging backgrounds.
• Proficiency with common accounting or ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
• Effective communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on learner engagement.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a process-oriented mindset.
