Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Innov8 Workspaces in Chennai. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, conduct sales presentations, manage leads, and support conversions for workspace memberships and corporate office solutions.



This role will also involve executing local marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional events, managing digital and offline brand presence, and collaborating with the community and operations teams to drive occupancy and retention. The specialist will track sales and marketing performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve strategies and customer experience. Regular interaction with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders will be required to maintain strong relationships and represent Innov8’s brand values.
