Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, English & French-speaking Inside Sales Executive who is passionate about sales, hungry to achieve targets, and driven by results.
Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with potential customers, understand their needs, explain SuperMe's services, and convert interested leads into paying customers.
We need someone who doesn't give up after one unanswered call, takes ownership of every lead, follows up consistently, and knows how to turn conversations into conversions. Excellent English communication and strong French proficiency are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact recent and existing leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Communicate confidently with customers in both English & French
• Follow up consistently with interested leads and nurture them throughout the sales process.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant SuperMe services.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and paying customers.
• Handle objections, answer customer queries, and confidently guide prospects toward purchase decisions.
• Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline records using CRM tools or Google Sheets.
• Meet and aim to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory, with the ability to handle professional conversations and sales calls confidently.
