We're now building 10 new AI companies over the next three years.

The role
This is the front line of how Blissgrowth grows. You pick up the phone and book meetings for Blissgrowth and our portfolio companies.
You book meetings for three audiences, each with its own pitch:
• Portfolio companies: buyers for the B2B AI products we're building.
• Founders and advisors: Second-Time founders we want to build with, and senior operators we may bring on as strategic advisors.
• Events: filling the room with the right people for the events and dinners we host, and booking meetings around the conferences we attend.

What you'll do




Book meetings
• Make 80–120 dials a day, a mix of warm high-intent leads and cold calls.
• Own multiple distinct pitches across portfolio companies, founder and advisor outreach, and events, switching context seamlessly through the day.

Own the follow-through
• Keep every lead moving: log calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Work every lead through our structured follow-up cadence, so no lead goes cold.

Sharpen the craft
• Review your own recorded calls each week with your manager and act quickly on the feedback.
• Track your conversion rates daily and keep refining your pitch based on what the data shows.
• Keep levelling up: follow the best sales voices, study what works, and bring new ideas to every calling block.
• Feed back insights to the team: objections, positioning, lead quality.
