About the Role
TaxPlan Advisors Private Limited is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen the company's digital presence, improve brand visibility and generate business leads. This is an independent contributor role requiring the candidate to manage digital marketing activities independently and suggest practical ways to improve the company's online presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Plan, create and publish engaging content, posts, creatives, reels and service-related campaigns.
• Track social media performance, engagement, reach, followers and lead generation, and suggest improvements.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote the company's taxation, accounting and financial services.




• Manage and optimise paid campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads, wherever applicable.
• Support website visibility through SEO, content optimisation and relevant digital initiatives.
• Analyse competitors, identify digital marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to improve brand awareness and business growth.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions and marketing effectiveness.

Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Practical knowledge of social media management, content marketing, SEO and digital lead generation.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Ability to track performance metrics, analyse results and recommend improvements.
• Creative, analytical and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or professional services will be preferred.
