Role Description The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and managing end-to-end commercial operations for real estate transactions and portfolio services. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with commercial terms, monitoring financial performance of projects, and supporting business planning for recent and existing engagements. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing relationships with clients and external partners, and optimizing commercial outcomes through data-backed insights and market analysis. The Commercial Manager will also contribute to pricing models, revenue forecasting, risk assessment, and performance reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.
