Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role for Two Wheeler Loans based in Rajkot. The Sales Manager will oversee the acquisition and growth of the two-wheeler loan portfolio, including managing a sales team, guiding daily field activities, and ensuring achievement of disbursement and revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing local sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and channel partners, and monitoring lead generation and conversion.



The role involves regular market visits, competitor analysis, and ensuring compliance with company policies and credit guidelines. The Sales Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as credit, operations, and collections to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills in retail lending, preferably in two-wheeler or vehicle finance.
• Experience in dealer and channel partner management, including relationship-building and negotiations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set clear targets, and monitor performance effectively.
• Good understanding of credit processes, documentation, and risk assessment in consumer finance.
• Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
