About indē wild
indē wild is a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand rooted in Ayurvedic tradition and backed by contemporary science. We sell across India, the US and the UK through our own D2C sites, retail partners, marketplaces and quick commerce.

The role
You will own order fulfillment for our B2B channels: marketplaces and beauty platforms such as Nykaa, Tira and Amazon, and quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Every channel has its own portal, appointment system, packing rules and payment cycle. Your job is to make sure every PO is fulfilled in full, on time, and paid for correctly.

Key responsibilities
1. PO processing
• Download and review POs daily from Nykaa, Tira, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other partner portals.
• Check every PO against available stock, pricing, MRP and SKU codes, and flag mismatches before you accept it.
• Enter POs and sales orders in the ERP/WMS, and raise invoices and e-way bills in coordination with Finance.
• Keep a live PO tracker covering status, fill rate, expiry dates and dispatch dates.

Packing and dispatch planning
• Plan daily and weekly dispatches by PO priority, expiry date and stock availability.
• Share pick lists and packing instructions with the warehouse, including each channel's labelling, carton, palletisation and shelf-life rules.
• Book delivery appointments on channel portals and make sure shipments reach the warehouse on the booked slot.
• Plan ahead for channel sale events and quick commerce replenishment cycles.

3. Delivery and logistics management
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for B2B pickups and deliveries to channel warehouses and dark stores.
• Track every shipment until the channel confirms receipt (GRN) and fix delays or rejections quickly.
• Compare freight quotes and track B2B logistics cost per shipment.

4. Reconciliation
• Reconcile units ordered vs. dispatched vs. received (GRN) for every PO.
• Raise claims for short receip
