Role Description The Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.



The position is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documents, presentations, and reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files. The role involves managing expense reports, tracking approvals, and ensuring timely submission of documentation. The Executive Assistant also supports strategic initiatives by coordinating internal and external communications, liaising with stakeholders, and helping the CEO stay organized and prepared for engagements and decision-making.
