We are looking to hire a Bid Executive for Indovision Services Pvt Ltd, office at Sultanpur, New Delhi location. Candidate should have work experience in GeM/Government Business for the System Integration / IT Products and Services.

Position: GEM ( Government E-Marketplace) Bid Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi
Work Mode: 6 Days a Week (2nd, 4th & 5th Saturday are off)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end bid/tender process for GeM and Government business.
• Identify and track relevant Government/GeM tender opportunities.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance, Legal and other teams for bid preparation.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids as per tender requirements.
• Track tender timelines, amendments, clarifications and bid status.
• Maintain proper records of bids and tender-related documentation.




• Provide bid-related support to other Sales Managers.
• Contribute towards achieving assigned business targets.

Required Skills:
• 2–4 years of experience in Bid Management / Tender Management / GeM / Government Business.
• Knowledge of GeM Reseller, buyer portal & have handled multiple OEMs.
• Good understanding of GeM and Government tender processes.
• Should have done negotiation & have good relationship management.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
