Role Description The MICE Sales Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions)



sales team with proposal preparation, rate and availability checks, and coordination with internal departments and external vendors. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records of leads and bookings, and ensuring timely follow-up to maximize conversion. The role also requires assisting with itinerary planning, documentation, and logistical arrangements for corporate groups and events. The MICE Sales Support professional will collaborate closely with sales and operations to help deliver high-quality, cost-effective travel and event solutions that meet client expectations.
Qualifications
