Role Description
We are looking for a Real Estate Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, understanding client requirements, and scheduling meetings for the real estate advisory team.

The role involves communicating professionally with potential buyers, sellers, investors, and other stakeholders, sharing relevant property information, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to generate qualified leads and support business development.



The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining lead records, updating the CRM, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective client engagement.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring strong interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to build positive client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Excellent English Communication: Solid verbal and written English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally over phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
• Calling and Lead Generation: Ability to make outbound calls, engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and generate business opportunities.
• Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of the real estate sector, including property transactions, buying, selling, leasing, and investment opportunities.
