1. Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and performance marketing campaigns.
Develop social media and email marketing strategies.
Use AI tools for content creation, market research, and campaign optimization.
Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and ROI.
Conduct competitor analysis and drive online growth.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
FMCG or Cosmetics industry experience is mandatory.
Experience with fragrance, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills.
2. Production Manager (Female)
Openings: 1
Experience: Relevant experience in production management, preferably in the Perfume, Fragrance,
Cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day production operations and ensure timely production.
Monitor production planning, workflow, and resource utilization.
Maintain product quality and coordinate with QA/QC and other departments.
Ensure compliance with production standards and workplace safety.
Monitor productivity and resolve production-related issues.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in production management.
Preference for candidates from the Perfume, Fragrance, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
Robust team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
