General Summary

We are seeking a Senior Customer Engineering (CE) Engineer to support and scale complex device‑to‑cloud platforms. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working closely with customers, solving real‑world technical problems, and operating across embedded devices, cloud services, and APIs.

In addition to solid technical fundamentals, this role values an engineer who actively adopts modern engineering practices, including AI‑assisted workflows and tooling automation, to improve efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

OR





PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.

Exp: 3 to 6 Years

What You’ll Do

• Act as a technical point of contact for customers integrating devices, SDKs, cloud services, and APIs
• Own issue resolution end‑to‑end: reproduction, RCA, fix validation, and closure
• Debug device‑side issues (firmware, connectivity, power, logs, traces)
• Troubleshoot microservices‑based cloud systems, REST APIs, and data pipelines
• Analyze application and backend issues using logs, metrics, and ELK stack
• Translate recurring customer pain points into actionable engineering feedback
• Use modern AI‑assisted tools and automation to improve
