About the Role
The role is responsible for supporting the Head of Group Sourcing - Clothing in facilitating through leading the implementation of long-term strategic roadmaps across the regional sourcing hubs. They will establish and maintain standardized operational frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency and managing cross-functional projects designed to modernize our sourcing workflows and digital integration across Asia sourcing offices.
Meanwhile, this is a role will also play an important part in designing and executing sourcing strategies to meet long-term commercial objectives and scale the Own Brand business. A key priority is leading our operating model transformation—optimizing processes, aligning systems, and standardizing 'ways of working'. This role is the key to unlock OB growth potentials across the group.

What You'll Do
The scope of the role will include, but not limited to the following main areas:
• Strategy & Delivery: Lead the end to end design, planning and execution of Sourcing Strategy (including strategic partnership, SRM, Risk Management,



Diversification) to deliver category growth, Own Brand ambitions and optimize COGS advantages
• Operating Model Transformation: Lead the end-to-end mapping of global sourcing operations to identify and drive process optimizations including but not limited to develop and implement standardised procedures, best practices, and guidelines. You will ensure organizational alignment, integrate systems and tools, and manage the end-to-end change process to deliver a highly efficient and effective global sourcing function
• Strategic Insights: Consolidate and analyze internal and external data to identify emerging trends, commercial risks, and white-space opportunities. Translate these insights into executive-level narratives and actionable recommendations that influence long-term strategy
• Project Management: Lead the execution of high-priority strategic projects (team level or Group level) from inception
