Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Korba for a Dragline Maintenance Engineer. The role involves planning and executing maintenance activities for dragline equipment, including routine inspections, troubleshooting,



and repair of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure high equipment reliability and availability. The engineer will prepare maintenance schedules, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, monitor equipment performance, and maintain detailed records of work completed and parts used. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations teams to minimize downtime, supervising maintenance personnel and external vendors as needed, and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and company procedures. The role also requires participation in root-cause analysis of failures, implementation of improvement measures, and adherence to environmental and quality management systems.
