About The Role

Encompass is a House of Brands that builds premium D2C labels for Recent India, including Stoa

Paris, SmallBatch, Blisshome, Quirkloom and more. Our brands meet customers online every

day. This role makes sure they also meet them in person, in rooms worth remembering.

You'll own our brand events from start to finish. These are intimate, high-touch formats:

launches, community evenings, founder dinners, pop-ups and partner showcases, where the

venue, the vendors, the run of show and the guest experience are all on you.

The work moves across cities. You'll get to know what each market expects, which venues

deliver and which vendors are worth keeping.

Planning

What you'll own:

• Turn a brand brief into an event concept, budget and timeline, working with brand leads

and the leadership team

• Scout and shortlist venues in each city, then close them on the right terms
• Build the run-of-show, the production schedule and the contingency plans

Vendors And Budget

• Find, brief and manage caterers, AV, décor, photography and talent




• Negotiate rates and keep every event within its approved budget
• Build a reliable vendor bench in each city we operate in, and keep it current

Guests And Execution

• Own guest lists, invites, RSVPs and on-site check-in
• Run the event day on the ground: set-up, flow, problem-solving and close-out
• Make sure the experience matches the brand down to the details: music, scent, seating,

take-homes

Measurement

• Collect guest and stakeholder feedback after every event
• Report on spend, attendance and outcomes against the goals set for each event
• Feed what you learn into the next one
