Role Description The Staff Nurse role at ShardaCare – Healthcity is a full-time, in office position based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Staff Nurse will provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The role involves coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families about treatment plans,



and adhering to infection control and safety protocols. The Staff Nurse will support the implementation of evidence-based practices, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a patient-centered, technology-enabled care environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.
• Candidates should possess skills in patient education, communication, and compassionate bedside care.
• Candidates should possess skills in maintaining clinical documentation, following protocols, and supporting evidence-based practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment.
