We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and execution-oriented Brand Marketing, PR & Influencer Relations Manager to lead marketing initiatives for an upcoming consumer brand being developed by the team behind London Waffle Co.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, developing strategic partnerships, managing public relations, driving influencer collaborations, and planning and executing high-impact brand launches and events.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong industry connections, creative campaign development, and hands-on execution. The candidate will work closely with the founders and take ownership of key brand-building initiatives from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Marketing & Strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build brand positioning, awareness, and visibility across relevant consumer segments.
• Conceptualise innovative marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional initiatives.




• Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities to accelerate brand growth.
• Track campaign performance, marketing expenditure, and return on investment.

2. Public Relations & Media Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with media houses, journalists, publications, PR agencies, and relevant industry stakeholders.
• Drive press coverage, media features, brand announcements, and publicity initiatives.
• Develop PR strategies to generate brand awareness and establish a strong market presence.
• Coordinate press releases, media interactions, interviews, and brand communications.

3. Influencer Marketing & Celebrity Collaborations
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across relevant social media platforms.
• Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers, content creators, and celebrity collaborations.
• Build and maintain a robust network of influencers and talent agencies.
