Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who understands how to build audience trust, improve organic reach, and create high-engagement educational content. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, YouTube growth, social media branding, and organic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and execute organic growth strategies across digital platforms
• Improve website traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation through SEO
• Manage and grow YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profiles
• Plan and create high-engagement finance and stock market-related content




• Coordinate webinars, student success stories, and testimonial campaigns
• Work closely with trainers/faculty for educational content planning
• Optimize local SEO and Google rankings for institute branches
• Monitor social media engagement and audience growth metrics
• Work with trainers/faculty for educational content creation

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SEO & Local SEO
• Experience in content marketing and organic growth strategies
• Understanding of YouTube growth and social media algorithms
• Instagram Reels & LinkedIn marketing knowledge
• Google Business Profile optimization experience
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Creative thinking with robust communication skills
• Understanding of audience engagement and lead conversion
