Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for Steel Checkers, Tekla Modelers, and Steel Detailers.



The role involves interpreting structural and fabrication drawings, creating and updating detailed steel models in Tekla, and preparing accurate shop drawings, erection plans, and material lists. Team members will review and check steel detailing work for completeness, constructability, and compliance with project standards, codes, and client specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineers and project managers, resolving detailing and modeling issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. The role also requires maintaining project documentation, following established workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of detailing and modeling practices.
