We are looking for an experienced, confident and results-driven International Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Ahmedabad office. The primary responsibility is to connect with Australian businesses, generate qualified sales meetings and help us build current business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential clients, primarily small and medium-sized businesses in Australia.




• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Identify business owners, founders, directors and marketing decision-makers who may benefit from Bixel Design's services.
• Initiate meaningful conversations to understand prospects' business challenges, branding needs and website requirements.
• Clearly communicate Bixel Design's services, value proposition and Neuro Design differentiation.
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs, suitability, interest and potential to engage our services.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure prospects are well-informed before each meeting.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, outreach activities, follow-ups and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to develop sales opportunities.
