Job Role: Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

About the role

SmartWinnr is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect who can bridge the gap between customer business requirements and our product capabilities. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, along with strong expertise in sales documentation and proposal development.

You will work closely with the sales team to demonstrate SmartWinnr's platform to prospective customers,



including senior leadership, understand their requirements, and prepare compelling proposals, commercial documents, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.

The role also involves coordinating the review of customer agreements, setting up demo accounts, and creating customized presentations and other sales materials based on business discussions. We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently with enterprise customers, manage documentation accurately, and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.

What you will own

• Product demonstrations and presentations. Deliver engaging product demos to prospective customers, including senior leadership. Understand customer requirements and tailor demonstrations to relevant business use cases and expected outcomes.

• Demo account setup. Set up, configure, and maintain demo accounts and environments before customer meetings. Ensure the product is read
