Role Description The ABM (Assistant Branch Manager) role at HDFC Life is a full-time, on-site position based in Dahod. The role involves supporting branch business growth by driving sales of life insurance products, guiding Financial Consultants, and ensuring high-quality customer service.



The ABM will oversee day-to-day branch operations, including compliance with company policies, documentation accuracy, and timely reporting. This position also includes planning and executing local marketing and outreach activities, monitoring performance against targets, and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members. The ABM will collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and contribute to overall branch profitability.
