Area Sales Manager – Bacca Bucci
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Work Experience: 3-5 Years
Compensation: 9 to 12 LPA

About the role:
We are looking for a target-driven area sales manager to drive Bacca Bucci's offline sales across an assigned territory. You will expand the retailer and distributor network, build strong channel relationships, achieve sales targets and strengthen the brand's market presence.

Key responsibilities:
• Sales & revenue growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, drive secondary sales and improve market penetration across the territory.

• Channel expansion: Appoint distributors, onboard retailers and expand the Bacca Bucci distribution network across key markets.

• Market development: Identify new business opportunities, assess market potential and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

• Distributor & retailer management: Build strong relationships with channel partners, negotiate commercial terms and ensure timely order fulfilment and payments.

• Sales planning & reporting:



Monitor primary and secondary sales, target achievement, collections, outstanding payments and other key sales KPIs.

• Team management: Manage and guide sales representatives, set targets, monitor field productivity and ensure effective market coverage.

• Competition & market intelligence: Track competitor pricing, product launches, schemes and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

What we're looking for:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in footwear, fashion, lifestyle or consumer goods.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.

• Strong understanding of distributor management, retail sales and channel development.

• Excellent negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.

• Solid analytical skills, commercial acumen and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
