Role Description The Junior Accountant role at Paci is a full time, hybrid position based in Kochi, with some flexibility for working from home. In this role, the Junior Accountant will assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing basic financial reports, and helping ensure timely and accurate documentation. The Junior Accountant will work closely with senior finance team members to support month-end closing activities and assist with compliance and audit-related preparations.



This position also includes using digital and AI-enabled tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial workflows.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills, including knowledge of journal entries, ledgers, and basic financial statements.
• Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software and productivity tools ( Zoho books, quickbooks, Xero)
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
