We are looking to hire an experienced, hands-on Event Manager who has independently managed corporate events end to end. This role requires complete ownership of planning, execution, and closure, with a strong focus on detail, discipline, and on-ground excellence.

What you’ll own (end to end):
• Complete event planning and execution, from brief to post-event closure
• Vendor sourcing, negotiation, costing, contracts, and on-ground coordination
• Budgeting, cost control, and P&L; discipline
• Gifting strategy, sourcing, packaging, and distribution
• Registration management (pre-event, on-ground, tech coordination)
• Show-running, rehearsals, cue sheets, stage & speaker management
• Hotel coordination: rooming lists, check-ins,



hospitality desks, VIP handling
• On-ground team management and real-time problem-solving

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience managing high-quality corporate / leadership/partner events
• Solid command over vendors, timelines, budgets, and people
• Calm under pressure; obsessive about details
• Someone who can anticipate issues before they happen
• Comfortable being the single point of accountability on event days
