Role Description The Head of Business Development is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves creating and executing business plans, overseeing key accounts,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends. The Head of Business Development will manage and mentor the business development and sales team, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership. This position requires close engagement with clients, participation in industry events, and continuous analysis of market dynamics to refine growth strategies.
