Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Auto Salesforce Consultant to join our team
You will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions tailored specifically to the automotive retail, dealer management, and customer lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Salesforce (specifically Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Automotive Cloud) and a deep understanding of the automotive OEM-Dealer relationship.

Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Implementation
· Configure and customize the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, and Salesforce Automotive Cloud ).
· business requirements (e.g., lead management, test drive bookings, vehicle inventory, booking allocations, vehicle delivery, and post-sales servicing) into scalable Salesforce solutions.




· Build declarative automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builders.
2. Custom Development & Integration
· Develop custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)where declarative options are insufficient.
· Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems such as payment gateways, connected car APIs, and marketing automation tools.
· Design and manage robust REST/SOAP APIs for seamless real-time data exchange.
3. Automotive Domain Management
· Map and optimize the end-to-end automotive customer journey: from initial inquiry (lead generation) to showroom visits, test drives, vehicle booking, financing, delivery, and aftermarket service.
· Configure Dealer Portals (Experience Cloud) to streamline communication, lead routing, and inventory visibility between (OEM) and its dealer partners.
