The MissionBuild the first 100 people who wear Orbit Life into its loudest advocates - and turn social media into a growth engine that feels human, not manufactured.
You’ll own three things from day one:
• The first cohort - Recruit, select, onboard and keep the original 100 obsessively engaged.
• The creators, athletes & clubs around them - Seed the product with real wearers who actually use it.
• Social for Orbit Life - Own the voice, the strategy, the content and the culture across every public channel.
This is not a “manage the community and post on Instagram” role. This is 0-1 culture building with full ownership.
What You’ll Actually DoCohort & Community
• Run the “MVP for our MVPs” program end-to-end:
recruit, select, onboard and keep the first 100 users active and vocal.
• Build and moderate the core community space (WhatsApp or whatever works best) and run weekly rituals that people actually look forward to.
• Partner with run clubs, gyms, cafés, companies and events for trials and organic distribution.
• Collect real stories, results and feedback (with consent) and feed them straight into product and content.
Creator & Seeding
• Seed Orbit with 15-20 credible wearers across athletes, founders, creators and doctors - every paid placement clearly disclosed.
• Own creator contracts, briefs, payments and relationships within the launch budget.
• Turn real product use into authentic reach (not just follower counts).
Social Ownership
• Define and own the entire social strategy for Orbit Life across Instagram, YouTube, X and Reddit.
