We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Planning to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for high-rise residential and commercial real estate developments.

The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive project schedules, monitoring construction progress, identifying critical delays, forecasting resource requirements, and implementing recovery plans to ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate should have 20+ years of experience in construction planning and project controls,



with substantial exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects. Strong expertise in Primavera P6, critical path analysis, resource planning, contractor schedule management, and management-level reporting is essential.

The role requires close coordination with construction, design, procurement, contracts, billing, and project management teams to ensure effective planning, timely decision-making, and successful project delivery.
