Job Description

Lead the creative vision and day-to-day studio operations for Livspace’s Premium interior design vertical in the region. You will guide high-end residential projects from concept to handover, ensuring exceptional aesthetic quality, client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and margin targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of designers to produce exceptional quality design work that meets customer expectations.
• Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the studio’s brand and reputation for excellence.
• Oversee the development of design proposals, presentations, and project documentation and lead design presentations to the customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, products, and technologies to maintain the firm's competitive edge.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or a related field.




• At least 4 to 8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on home interior design projects.
• Proven experience managing design teams and having delivered high value projects successfully.
• Solid leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A passion for design, with a desire to stay current with the latest design trends and technologies.
