Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TeleCaller role based in Mumbai. The TeleCaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce company products and services, and answer basic queries about wood coatings, wall finishes, and seamless floorings. Daily tasks include maintaining call records, updating customer information in the system, scheduling follow-ups, and sharing qualified leads with the sales team.



The TeleCaller will also support customer service by providing accurate information, collecting feedback, and escalating issues when needed. Collaboration with sales and operations teams is expected to ensure smooth communication and a positive customer experience.

• Candidates should possess basic sales and customer service skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling, and relationship-building.
