• 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Presales within an IT services or software development company.
• Strong understanding of custom web and mobile application development services.
• Positive understanding of cloud services, cloud migration, infrastructure, application modernization, and managed services.
• Proven experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, project estimates, and client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project scoping, estimation, and IT delivery models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate technical and commercial solutions.




• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales pipeline management tools.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of technologies and frameworks used in web and mobile application development.
• Experience handling international clients, particularly in the US, UK, Europe, or other global markets.
• Exposure to offshore development, IT outsourcing, dedicated development teams, and managed services.
