Skills Required:
• Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, LAN/WAN, and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.

• Understanding of OS deployment, user management, patch deployment, and software installation.
•

• Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory tracking.
•

• Basic hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
•

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office 365 apps.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level IT support for networking and connectivity issues.
•

• Support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including OS deployment, user management, patching, and software installation.
•

• Maintain IT asset records and track hardware and software inventory.
•

• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues.
•

• Assist end users with Microsoft 365 applications.
•

• Log, track, troubleshoot, and escalate IT support tickets as required.
