Job OverviewKokate Group is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive with 8–10 years of experience in luxury residential real estate sales in Pune. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of closing residential property deals, excellent English communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and disciplined CRM and After Relationship Management (ARM) practices.
We are looking for a sales professional who can independently manage prospective clients, drive site visits, negotiate effectively, convert qualified leads into bookings, and ensure consistent follow-ups and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities• Drive end-to-end sales, from lead qualification and client meetings to site visits, negotiations, booking, and closure.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to close premium and luxury residential property deals.
• Build relationships with HNIs, business owners, investors,



and prospective homebuyers.
• Conduct skilled project presentations and property walkthroughs.
• Maintain rigorous follow-up discipline and ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
• Follow structured ARM practices to nurture prospects, maintain client relationships, and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up schedules, site visit feedback, and sales pipeline data in CRM software.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and other appropriate communication channels until closure.
• Coordinate with channel partners, marketing, CRM, and documentation teams to facilitate successful bookings.
• Track competitor projects, market pricing, customer preferences, and developments in Pune's real estate market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
