Key Responsibilities
• Drive the overall leasing strategy to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset utilization.
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and close deals with anchor tenants, international brands, and leading retail players.
• Develop category-wise leasing plans across Fashion,



F&B;, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Fitness, and Home segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with renowned retail groups and brands.
• Conduct catchment analysis, market benchmarking, and leasing feasibility assessments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to strengthen mall positioning and customer experience.
• Ensure leasing agreements comply with company policies and commercial objectives.
• Monitor tenant performance, retention, occupancy levels, and long-term revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong relationships with national and international retail brands across Fashion, F&B;, Lifestyle, and Entertainment sectors.
• Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating anchor and mini-anchor lease agreements.
