Role Description The Property Manager role at Aaalay is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will oversee day-to-day property operations, including managing resident move-ins and move-outs, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards across the property. The Property Manager will handle resident inquiries and concerns, support community-building initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities also include basic budgeting and expense tracking for the property, supervising on-site staff or vendors as needed, and implementing company policies and procedures consistently.

• Property operations skills, including facility oversight, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
• Resident and customer service skills, with the ability to address concerns, manage conflicts, and maintain strong relationships.
