Job Description : The Business Development Executive will be responsible for converting assigned leads into confirmed clients for architectural and interior design services. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting services, conducting regular follow-ups, coordinating meetings and proposals, handling client queries, and achieving monthly sales targets.




We are looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic candidate motivated to achieve sales goals and maximise earnings through performance-based incentives.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal coordination.
• Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in architecture, interior design, construction, or related industries.
• Proficiency in basic office software and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
