Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the positions of Branch Head and Assistant Branch Head, based in Deoghar Jharkhand. The selected candidates will be responsible for branch operations, managing a team to achieve business targets, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring high service standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, implementing growth strategies,



maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting employee development within the branch.
