Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Associate role based in Chennai. The Inside Sales Associate will engage with prospective students and families via phone, email,



and in-person interactions at the center to understand their academic goals and recommend appropriate Aakash programs. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-ups, explaining course offerings and fee structures, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with academic and operations teams, and ensuring a smooth pre- and post-admission experience. The Inside Sales Associate is expected to meet sales targets, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
